Returns & Exchanges

At Bobo's House, we want you to love every piece you order; if you are not completely satisfied, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Please ensure all garments are in their original condition with tags attached to be eligible for processing.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into our returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging and include the printed return authorization slip inside the parcel.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects your return, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
